I’m trying this for a second time. One of my two lines shows no call logs since mid day May 6th. I know how to log in. I know how to check my usage. I have tried the app and the website. Since that is the only thing ATT ever responds with. My other line is showing usage just fine. I have had a case number since May 13th and was told I should be able to view my recovered call history within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. When I ask support all they say is you should be able to. And we don’t know why you can’t. They can’t view the history either. So no it’s not my browser. Any other explanations ATT

I’ve had the same problem. I spent over an hour on the phone today with AT&T, and couldn’t get it resolved. Can’t get any answers. Frustrating! I’m going to switch carriers if I can’t get detailed usage history which should be available on demand. All I get is bulk Data usage totals every 3 hours. No details of incoming text messages or phone calls.

Let's help you with your usage report, @XA1312.
You are able to view and download wireless usage information for up to 16 bill periods. Get data, call and text details for all your devices.
- Go toUsage.
- Select the bill period you want to view.
- Choose your service type:
- Wireless-only service: Look in theUsage by numbersection, find the device you want to manage, and selectView more usage details and options. Then chooseSee data, text, and talk logs.
- More than one service: Look in theBasic plan usagesection, find the device you want to manage, and selectView usage details. Then choose how you want to view your details.
- SelectDownload, then chooseCSVorExcel. (Don’t see these options? Use the forward arrows to get to the last page. Once you see all your records, you can download them.)

Well of course I’ve done all that your auto generated message is suggesting!!! Otherwise I wouldn’t be posting here! Geez! I swear I’m going to switch to Sprint. Im so fed up with the lack of customer service!

We understand the importance of checking your usage online XA1312! We want to get you into a Direct Message(DM) and further address your usage concern. Check the message icon in the upper portion of the page and reply back.
In the meantime, try using our star services to get quick account updates. Dial *3282# (*DATA#) on your phone keypad and press send to check your data & messaging usage and *225# (*BAL#) to get your balance, next bill due date and last payment received.

25 year customer I’ve never had the need to check any kind of history on my account. Only if there are extra charges would I feel the need to check. What my family uses is of no concern to me.

I didn’t respond back to the direct message fast enough and the chat was closed. My issue was never resolved. Is there any way some one can get back to me and let me know what happened.
