How do I view my call history and text history on AT&T prepaid? ›

AT&T doesn't have the content of any text messages between you or anyone else. All you'll get is date/time/phone number of each text. You can get the text logs for the past 16 months through your account online. Beyond that time, you have to call to get bill reprints of earlier text logs.

The content of text or video messages isn't visible or accessible to anyone on the account.

AT&T currently stores Your sent and received Messages for up to 90 days. Messages older than 90 days will be deleted from Your Messages cloud storage.

From your connected device's web browser go to http://attwirelessmanager. Enter your Login then click LOGIN. 2. Click the Messages tab to view messages.

No. AT&T, or any provider, does not keep content, only date and time. If the phone is automatically backed up (to the Cloud for example) there should be the original messages archived but only your son could access them, not you.

Yes, you can retrieve deleted messages for up to 48 hours with the telephone interface. Just choose Erased Messages from the main menu. You can also retrieve deleted messages from your email Trash folder at www.um.att.com for up to 48 hours.
