I can’t wait to get rid of @Verizon . By far the worst service I’ve had. Thought I’d be okay switching from @ATT but boy was I wrong.

@jenapaaige @ATT @Verizon I’ve had Verizon for a year and had absolutely zero issue with them! I paid off my phone early and it reflected on my account right away, so my next bill was significantly lower

@Mjedesigns I switched from Verizon about 3 years ago to TMobile. They have very good rates and there service is jusy about as good as Verizon as recently they increased there coverage. With Verizon, new iPhones, iPads and watches was $400 a month. For all of that with TMobile is $120.

@popcenturyguest Can't say for sure. Sometimes lines are full and you get a busy signal but lately when lines are full I've just been getting a message from Verizon saying the line can't be reached

Why is purchasing a new phone always such a hassle @VZWSupport? I can purchase anything in the world on amazon with one click, but it takes 4 customer service reps and hours of wasted time (with no resolution) for an iPhone. Why?

@RyanHoulihan That's a yet irregular opinion about that game so far... Most people either dislike it from the beta or give it a huge "meh". The Verizon and Sony exclusive stuff puts people in a bad mood too.

@Sh3SoS3XI T-Mobile is probably the cheapest best option. Verizon and AT&T has good service but too expensive and customer service is not the best. You don’t really get anything extra with AT&T, if you do you’ll have to go they hoops to get it.

@Mintmobile @Mintmobile I like your service and have a year subscription. However, hwy 395 and eastern Sierra CA it’s terrible. That’s T-Mobile’s fault but might have to switch back to Verizon for the rural service advantage.

@Longwood01 @LeftHandedLarue I'm about to have that kind of conversation with Verizon because I want to know how they could support this crappy phone I got. And this one is the replacement for the new one which completely died 5 months after I got it. This one is going much the same way.

Beware Buying new iPhone from Verizon based on rebate for trade in. After purchase, local store would not accept phone. Verizon support Brandi promised help, confirmed by text. No response to emails or texts. Previous tweet.. Verizon told me to take it down, but no help! FB next.
