I'm in a rage right now! I have tried to upgrade my device for the last 4 days. Talk to 2 reps! The first 1 had no clue and the 2nd rep Lee did his best to help but screwed me in the end. I am not able to complete my purchase and Lee promised to call me back and didn't! #Verizon

@whistle88257671 I had this screen replaced already because of screen burn, and it went great. But I'm two or three generations old now. And this phone isn't able to utilize Google Fi's main feature, using both Verizon and T-Mobile towers. So I basically have T-Mobile service. It's time.

@CleChrissy1 @jrnyluvr50 The phone if it’s a carrier phone (like sprint) has to be the same type of network. I bought a used verizon iPhone and bought a sprint SIM card and it works obviously. But I believe at&t and T-Mobile won’t. CDMA and gsm, google it. Good luck!
