there’s an old guy next to me at the verizon store who needs to CALM TF DOWN bc he’s talking to one of the employees like they’re garbage just bc they didn’t have his phone shipped to the store (which they don’t do) they had it shipped to their billing address and now he’s salty

@isaac32767 @UnderdogLawBlog @verizon What is sounds like is that the prior utility failed to release the number, which is not the fault of Verizon...who issued service under another number and related the problem to the consumer, to have it resolved by the former issuer of the number.

@VerizonSupport The loss of LTE just happened while I was outside in the car. The dropped call where in the house over several days. Which is unusual for our area and I have never previously had an issue.

@VZWSupport you are the worst. I have tried two times to get something done through chat and it has mot been fixed. Now on hold for 40 minutes trying to speak to a real person. Never called me back like promised the first time.

Beware Buying new iPhone from Verizon based on rebate for trade in. After purchase, local store would not accept phone. Verizon support Brandi promised help, confirmed by text. No response to emails or texts. Previous tweet.. Verizon told me to take it down, but no help! FB next.
