He was born on October 30, 1947 to the late Francis Earl and Faye Jean (Mahone) Carr in Columbus, OH. He retired from Buckeye Power Sales. Besides being a hard worker, he loved when OSU Men's and Women's Basketball started. He was a true animal lover and they were drawn to him, he sometimes liked animals better than people.
