died Monday his home. Mr. Bausman was 79. Ile was brother of Alonzo Linton Bausman, co-owner Mill River Tool Co. of this city.

Mr. Bausman was born Minneapolis, son of Abner L. and Rebecca IV. (Fenby) Bausman. Ile attended Minneapolis schools and, on finishing high school, joined the Pillshury flour company.

lle remained with Pillsbury after its merger form General Mills. He retired ahout 10 years ago. Mr. Bausman was active in the work of the American Red Cross and other philanthropic organizations in his home community. Besides his brother, Mr.

after a short illness. Mr. Fogarty was staying at his summer home in Garden City, L. when taken ill. Born in Brooklyn, N.

Nov. 10, 1890, son of the late William and Anne Fogarty, he received his education in the Bronx (N. public schools. Ie came to Springfield 37 years ago and with George Henderson formed Fogarty Henderson truckers. After Mr.

Henderson's death James Cox became his partner in Fogarty Co. Mr. Cox died and in October, 1949, the firm was incorporated as Arthur A. Fogarty, with Mr. ing the positions of presidents and treasurer.

The firm's main terminal is at 211 Plainfield St. A New York terminal is also maintained. For many years, the company has been engaged as contract carrier by the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. There are 62 vehicles and 82 trailers in the company's fleet. Mr.

Church, Fogarty attended St. Hampden, and Joseph's Church, Garden City. He was A member of the New York Athletic Club, Metropolitan Club, Atlantic Beach Club, Springfield Country Club and many trucking organizations, including the American Trucking Association. He was associated with the J. Roberts Engineering Co. before going into business for himself when he opened Palen's Television and Appliance Store at 717 Main Agawarn. well-known photographer, Mr. Palen also worked for Rembrandt, Gold Tone and Brown Studios of this city and, at one time; operated his ow'n studio.

He was born in Washington, D. C. and was graduated from Classical High School. He was member of American Legion Post 21 of Springfield and the Agawam Sportsman's Club. He leaves his wife, Mrs.
