@GetSpectrum I signed up for Spectrum 6 years ago and my bill has gone up year after year. It's now $180 w/ no movie channels and slow internet. Do you have any discounts for loyal customers, or just new ones?

@GetSpectrum, let me help you out. The probability that someone under the age of 40 will sign up for cable TV is basically zero (ever heard of streaming?). So save your direct mail dollars and invest in your goddamn service.
