  So mymanager and from discount tire went topick acustomers vehicle from brightstar tires and alignment and wewere talking toa manager brightstar about mylexus is350 2006and asking him how much would itbe tochange atiming gasket onit (a very well known issue onthese cars) hesaid imnot sure but you can bring itin for afree diagnostic and wewill let you know isaid cool thanks, soi dropped mycar off onNovember 18th @12:41pm onnov 22nd ihad called tosee what was going onafter afew ofwaiting and noupdates the lady proceeds tosay wehad called but noanswer but itlooks like itmight bethe timing cover and wedont know ifit isany else that mybe causingit??? Okay, noworries imcoming toget itwhen iget there imtold itwas a120$ diagnosis for something that they noonly they could not work onbut for ablank piece ofpaper that litterally nothing onit interms ofwhat was wrong orwhat ineeded, mind this was after iwas told itwas afree diagnosis....… – show

  I called just tohave apart installed, was told tobring myvehicleBy. Ibrought myvehicle byto betold come back tomorrow. Okcool noproblem even after having mytime wasted. Icall toconfirm again and told ohI needed you here by8am. For starters Iwasn’t given atime toreturn, just asked toreturn tomorrow. SoI call ahead because ofhaving mytime wasted yesterday and get told can you bring itback yet anotherday. They don’t care tomake new customers, the attitude isgross. The customer service aspect needs amajor overhaul. Turnedoff, wouldn’t recommend this place tomy own enemies.… – show

  They were courteous onthe phone and gave mea competitive quote— price out the door, which they met tothe penny when itcame time toleave. I'm not sure about alot ofyou, but the price going inseldom matches the price goingout! The waiting area iscomfortable and free wifi isavailable while you wait.

  ** Called about alignment feeling off acouple weeks after work and they required Ipay full price for realignment. Was disappointed with that. **

  The best local shop for tires and alignment. I’ve even had acv axle replaced here and they take great care ofyourcar. The waiting room iscomfortable and clean, staff isfriendly and hardworking.

  Great experience! The reviews were spoton. Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were excellent and the work they did was perfect. Iwill use them from now onfor all mytire and alignment needs. Iwas inand out inunder anhour and ata lower price than Iexpected.

  Tire kid practically welded mytires onover torqued sobadly that impact air wrench was nohelp. Took me4hours and finally atorch and special tool toget lugs loose inorder todo other repairs onfrontend. Good thing iwas athome and not changing aflat onhwy. After ileft the place thatday, iinspected mywheels which were still not aligned and visibly obvious. The also couldnt fix and clear codes that were causing the steering not tofunction due tothe control arm replacement that caused the misalignment onthis vehicle 2018BMW 430i. Ialso seen that they didnt use proper technique torealign that one out ofline wheel infront. Itrequires the tie rod end tobe held bywrench while the the other end ofthe dually threaded shaft that goes into the steering module isturned toeither widen ornarrow the tie rod shaft length. Sonow mytie rod istilted and stressed wrongway. Also a260$ perelli run flat with atleast 1/3tread left onit that iwanted toreplace with mynew tire but keep the old one isruined theres achunk missing from their pry tool presumably when removing fromrim, but the chunk isin the rim seat bead soit will not seal onthe rim and never can hold air again. Iwanted itas anemergency spare since hard tofind instock anywhere. Also greasy gunk was all over tire they changed and mounted which splattered all over mypassenger fender door and anickel sized glob was even found onmy hood.… – show
